We accept returns on items that arrive damaged upon delivery or in case of manufacturing issues / inadequate quality. Please use our contact form and attach images of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a replacement free of charge.
If your item has been lost in the mail, or if you simply never received it, we will send you a replacement, free of charge.
