Still haven't received your package, even though tracking status says it's been delivered? We recommend first checking your mailbox! We ship via USPS, so they usually leave it in your mailbox. If it does not fit in your mailbox, they may leave it in a parcel locker (if available). Still can't find it? Please check with your neighbors or local post office, as many times the mail carriers will either misplace packages or leave packages with neighbors if you're not home. They may also leave it with your local post office after multiple attempts of failed delivery.
If it's been a few days and you still haven't been able to find your package, please contact us and we'll be happy to try to track it down for you. Worst case scenario, we'll send you a replacement.
