How long does shipping take?Updated a year ago

All of our ProFlex products ship from our new warehouse in San Diego, California. Delivery times will vary based on your proximity to the region, but in general, you can expect delivery times within the following time frames:

Standard USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days

Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

International shipping: 10-21 business days

These delivery times are quoted by USPS. Once USPS has the package, we have no control over any delays that may be experienced that is due to factors outside of our control.

Shipping times do NOT include processing times. After a purchase, there is a processing time of 24-48 hours, which we use to package and get your order ready for shipment. We do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays. 95% of orders will be processed within 24 hours.

Please note that your package's tracking status may not update for 2 or 3 days at a time via the tracking link we sent you. It is completely normal for your tracking status to stay the same for a few days before updating. Additionally, we do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday.

GameVinyl console skins: Items will ship after a production time of typically 7 business days. After production, it ships via USPS First Class Mail, which advertises a 2-5 business day delivery time, depending on how far you live from our facility in southern California.
